Terms & Condition

1. No refunds will be given within 72 hours of the selected delivery date. All cancellation and refund requests must be made prior to 72 hours of the selected delivery date.
2. All juice products are perishable and therefore are not eligible for return.
3. No refunds will be given for any order that is not picked up from selected pick-up locations. All orders must be picked up on the selected delivery date during the posted available pickup times.
4. For all orders determined to be local orders, you agree to have your order delivered to the front door of the delivery address before 9 pm on the selected delivery date. All deliveries will be left by the front door for the customer to pick up. For all national orders, you agree to be available to receive shipment at the delivery address on the selected delivery date. No signature will be required. All orders will be left at the door of all national residences.
5. Most National deliveries will be made between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. However, it can take till 8 pm to be delivered to residences on the selected delivery date. All national orders are partially frozen before shipment to ensure freshness. Refunds pertaining directly to delivery will only be issued on all national orders if delivery is not received within one day of the targeted delivery date.
6. Information provided on juicevibesonly.co shall not be acted upon without the approval of a licensed health professional. The products offered on juicevibesonly.co are not intended to improve, cure, treat, diagnose, or better any ailments, sicknesses, illnesses, or any other associated conditions. Any decision related to purchasing any products on juicevibesonly.co must be cleared by your licensed physician and health care provider. You are entirely responsible for the use of any products provided by juicevibesonly.co. You are also entirely responsible for any use that of this product by anyone else that you choose to share it with.

9. Juice Vibes Only, LLC is not liable due to negligence of any of the terms and conditions listed and any other statements of caution and warnings on juicevibesonly.co, any associated products, or any other associated materials.
